Auction Policies

• We Only Ship To Confirmed PayPal Addresses. PAYMENTS MADE FROM UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES WILL BE RETURNED. We cannot and will not ship to post office box's.

• We accept major credit cards VISA - MASTERCARD - through **PAYPAL** Credit card payment orders are shipped to the billing address!

  Shipping Policies 

  • All items are brand new, factory fresh, and in perfect condition when they are packed to be shipped to you.

    Average Processing Time: 2-5 Business days to ship out & receive tracking numbers Shipping Carriers: FedEx and UPS
     

  • Every precaution is taken to protect all of your equipment for shipping.
    All items are in their individual manufacturer packaging. 

  • FULL SHIPPING INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED for all items in case of damage or loss during transit you will be fully covered. Please call or email us for more information regarding shipping insurance.
    If a claim needs to be filed with the carrier, the Buyer is responsible for doing so.
    The box and all packaging material must be kept for the carrier to inspect in order for the claim to be valid.

• International Buyers 

  We only accept money orders or wire transfer payments for international buyers. International buyers are also responsible for any & all customs, brokerage and/or taxes to be paid to the courier or their government. Great Northern Warehouse is not responsible for these charges and we do not have any further information regarding them. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiry regarding this.

Billing Policy

Acceptable forms of payment are: Visa & MasterCard through PayPal.
Money Orders and Certified Checks must be received within 10 business days after order is confirmed.

Winning bidders must confirm their order by calling 1-780-419-6346 within 2 business days (48 hours) after notification of close of auction. Please see our hours of operation below.

Please allow 10 business days for all forms of check and non-US Postal Money Orders to clear our account prior to shipping.
