We prefer Paypal payments and also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks.  All checks must be drawn on United States banks only.  Items purchased by personal check will not ship until payment has cleared the bank which takes 3 - 5 business days.

Non Paying Bidders:  Payment is due within seven days of auctions end.  We understand that things come up so please contact us immediately should you need more time to make payment.

We ship to United States destinations only!  We never charge handling fees, only fair actual shipping fees.  We ship usually within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. Except on weekends, then we ship on the next Tuesday. We ship every Weekday.

Please Note: Leather Dresses and Pants are made to order, therefore they ship in 7 days from time of paid order.

We only sell brand new first quality products.  All our products are free of manufacturer defects. We do not accept returns or offer credit unless an item is defective/damaged or we have shipped the wrong item.  Exchanges can be made for sizes on Leather Dresses and Pants, but only if tags are still attached to garment.  Colognes can only be returned if they are unopened.  Shipping cost is customers responsibility. 

All returns that meet the above criteria need to be reported to MJ's Intimates within 24 hours of receiving it, and can only be sent back with approval of MJ's Intimates.  All refunds will be granted only after item is returned.  

Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as our protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.  By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
