Privacy Statement

Any information collected during the web design process is strictly confidential and will not be sold to third parties.  You will not ever receive SPAM email from Deb's Custom Webs.  Should you receive an email from us that you believe to be SPAM please forward the email to the following email address: info@debscustomwebs.com.

Payment

We do not add charges to your bill half way through the job.  You will be given a price quote (not an estimate) with your initial design.  This price will not change unless you decide to add features to your website or ebay store design.

We accept payment via Check or Money Orders.  All checks must be drawn on United States banks and made out for the exact amount of your purchase.  Please contact us for mailing instructions.

Cancellations

Please make sure you are positive about your decision for a website or ebay store design before making payment.  Due to the custom nature of my work we do not issue refunds once work has begun on your project.

Graphics Design

When ordering graphics design, please be very specific about your preferences.  We do not limit revisions however extensive revisions become very time consuming causing your project to take longer then planned.

Image Hosting
Image hosting is included in all of my design packages.  You are NOT required to host your own images.  If you choose to host your images yourself I require login information to your hosting account so I can upload the design as I create it.

We are here to help!!  All website, ebay store and auction template designs come with 30 days free tech support.  We want you to get the most from your investment.  We offer extended technical support at a rate of $25 per hour.
