Any information collected during the web
design process is strictly confidential and will not be sold to
third parties. You will not ever receive SPAM email from Deb's
Custom Webs. Should you receive an email from us that you
believe to be SPAM please forward the email to the following email

Payment
We do not add charges to your bill half
way through the job. You will be given a price quote (not
an estimate) with your initial design. This price will not
change unless you decide to add or remove features from your website
or ebay store design.
We accept PayPal, Checks, and Money Orders. All checks must be drawn on United
States banks and made out for the exact amount of your purchase. If paying by check please
contact us for mailing instructions.
Cancellations
Please
make sure you are positive about your decision for a website or ebay
store design before making payment. We do not accept
cancellations. Once payment has been received and your
design scheduled we do not issue refunds.
Graphics Design
When ordering graphics design, please be
very specific about your preferences. We will design three
different graphics for you to choose from. The chosen graphic
may be revised two more times to your satisfaction.

We are here to help!! All website,
ebay store and auction template designs come with 30 days free tech
support. We want you to get the most from your investment.
We offer extended technical support at a rate of $25 per hour.
